It is a profession of non research based knowledge and in many ways is one of the most unusual jobs. as with ,any other professions in many ways it shares with many professions requirements where that individual makes the decisions on what to do or teach, even with a curriculum but with an imperfect knowledge base but without what is known as a shared knowledge base.

There are many ways of teaching and conferences held on it but one way Dylan Wiliam Ted talk stand out is that he never sets out telling teachers or professors what to do or how to do it but to rather just talk about how to do the job to their best abilities with the students in mind and how to carry over that message in a way that benefits what they get out of it and not what the system wants them to get out of it.

Many have raved with his technique in many ways , as his specific technique has no set out course or learning specifications that can hold anyone back, but works with each pupil in his or her own abilities as education is not just mathematics and sciences but life skills that takes you through life and future careers, even entrepreneurship.

Hi seminars and talks are attended but many of his peers and even by critics who seek to destroy his thinking and methods but leave with a sense of accomplishment and even change to his way of thinking.
